Rapid Re-Centering
This single session 1 - 3 hours in length, fit to your needs, offers deep and rapid support for the times when life breaks a few things loose, you need to re-group, or re-align. It’s a go-to '“add support” when keeping up the pace is required. For on-going clients, an on-the-spot quick check of 30 mins or less, by phone or text is a valued feature.
Any of the modalities plug in. Timing is variable, and includes quick checks. Clients love the immediate support of a “check me” option, while growing in new pathways.
Recovery Support
Individuals, group cohorts, and family systems.
Addiction is a “constellation of complexes” as Jung would say, believing it stems from a profound thirst for wholeness. My experience navigating adjacent terrain brings depth to the space I hold as we untangle, ground, and nourish what needs to be seen.
Series Recommended, and, no one is turned away for any level of support they want. Text check- ins, harm reduction, single session tune-ups, Motivational Interviewing, advocacy, and after-care for residential treatment are all at play.
The Re-Balancer
On-going support, for individuals, families or groups. Using one or more modalities in a series, monthly, or seasonally, is the most potent support for recalibrating how you live your values, now.
Research validates “small moments, many times” as possibly the best way to cultivate healing and change. This path partners with you until new levels of well-being have integrated.
Transpersonal Bodywork
Individuals
Working through the body, we’ll release long held “survival strategy” patterns of tension, breath, emotion, and character armor to create space for a deep reset.
The body-mind complex naturally gravitates towards greater ease when we listen and care for what it is holding for us, and why.
Multimodal tools or techniques may be integrated into the session. Not massage, these hands-on sessions are done with clothing on.
Weekend Re-Boot
Individuals, couple, or group
This nature immersive takes place at the Sierra Crest, in the Donner Summit / Truckee Tahoe environs. You’ll be deeply seen and heard, will receive several experiential healing practices or treatments; and can leave with a customized well-being or healing plan, as requested.
Three 4 hr time blocks blocks spread across the weekend, making this spacious and flexy. There’s plenty of free time to soak up the beauty or go off adventuring. Curated, professionally guided mountain adventure activities and lodging can be suggested. Additional healing sessions can be added.
17th Century Sound Healing
Individual, couple or group, 80 - 100 pp max
The potency of a Sound Healing experience is shaped by the quality of the vibratory field, the healer’s intimacy with Noble Silence, and their heart-full capacity for vulnerability.
These bowls are certified museum-quality, sourced through an Asian Art Dealer, and are from the 17th and 18th centuries.
Hand-hammered over many months from complex metal alloys, they carry a depth, resonance, and craftsmanship that can not be replicated today.
Org Culture Tending
Communal rituals of celebration, grief, and healing connect us with the sacred.
~ Francis Weller
Re-Authoring Our Stories
We are storytellers. Our stories define, inspire, limit, or transform us. The stories we’ve been told have shaped us. Borrowing from the Tikkun Olam, through a neurobiology lens, we re-wire limbic system reactivity by re-authoring our stories in ways that heal.
The highest human calling is to look for the shards of light inside each one of us, to point to them when we see them, gather them up, and pay attention.
Seeing each other in our light, through communal ritual, we repair ourselves, each other, and the larger world.
When we see - we transform and create. This is the highest act of love.
Opening our lens of awareness together, we all become more whole.
This one’s always a crowd pleaser!
Org Culture Tending
“Listening to both sides of a story will convince you there is more to a story than both sides."
~ Frank Tyger
Organizational Care
Part of organizational care is valuing every point on the circle as holding a part of the truth. By combining contexts, both systems and individuals learn.
Greater well-being is possible as we learn to perceive in new ways. Because we are hard-wired for relationship, relational integrity must rise above the drives to control or avoid. Foster an everybody culture where people and systems thrive.
Every organization and family is different. A tailored, thoughtful approach is critical. Corporate norms and traditional values do not universally apply. What works is alive and fresh.
Specific practices, agreements, and frameworks unstick scapegoating and false narratives that concretize when complexity is reduced to "personality" or "direction" conflict.
Aligning individual and organizational core values creates mutual belonging, meaning, and purpose.
Rituals of Renewal
Organizations, Families & Cohorts: The Village is Essential for Well-Being
Self Care, Belonging, Community
Community ritual is one of humanity’s most ancient and primary methods for maintaining a healthy and soulful relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
Our nervous systems are hardwired for it.
Ritual regulates and cares for our collective nervous system. Thankfully, many of these forgotten practices are now being recognized as vital support for psychological wellbeing, social cohesion, and meaningful sense-making.
“Communal ritual transforms and expands individual experience into shared meaning.
The container of the village is essential.
It’s our birthright.”
~ Francis Weller
