The potency of a Sound Healing Journey is shaped by the quality of the vibratory field, the healer’s intimacy with Noble Silence, and their heart-full capacity for vulnerability.
The bowls used in these sessions are certified museum-quality, sourced through an Asian art dealer, dating to the 17th and 18th centuries.
Hand-hammered over many months from complex metal alloys, they carry a depth, resonance, and craftsmanship that cannot be replicated today.

Aftercare is a critical component of treatment. Integration back into the “worldly affairs” of everyday life is hard.
Solidify or modify your coping strategies, practice managing triggers out here in daily life, prevent relapse.
There is no one size fits all in healing plans. We have to try things out, adjust, add, subtract, experiment. Doing this with guidance and ally-ship is so helpful.
We heal in attuned connection. Aftercare celebrates your wins, and partners with you as you find and adjust your way.
Life will keep life-ing itself. New learning after treatment is smoother when supportive aftercare and a recovery community is in place.
This is best for series clients post rehab, or those in the series for aftercare. And, I support aftercare for anyone. You are very welcomed when asking for support one session at at time, or even just once.
-

The garden doesn’t grow very well with hurt in the soil. “Ouches” and “oops” are normal. When stigmatized, blamed, or left unattended - the impact of hurt is cumulative, creating increasingly difficult downstream impacts.

The heart of re-balancing your path ~ lies in this highly customized, carefully curated series.
During our work together, we will look at the needs and values of every person in the group, and, the group process needs and values as a whole.
We’ll find what’s working, what needs change, and together, we will co-create support structures, practices and agreements that support everyone in the group and the group itself.
Families or small work teams might use the Core Gift process I innovated for work I did in a large military families program. When everyone is given input on the groups “vision / mission”, powerful buy in and learning happens.
Shared meaning, purpose, and actionable steps are possible!
Whether you select a cadence of weekly or bi-weekly sessions to level up your well-being; OR, you opt for seasonal or monthly support, the re-balancer provides multi-faceted care for your ecosystem.

Addiction is a “constellation of complexes”, as Jung would say. Navigating and supporting a human through the messy and hard challenges of life takes clear seeing.

I have 10 years of experience working in the recovery space, was raised in an Alcohol Use Disordered home, have treated hundreds of adolescents; and hold certifications as a Peer Support Specialist - CMPSS #MPSS-JYLIST, a Mindfulness-Based Substance Abuse Treatment (MBSAT) Educator, and multiple certifications in trauma informed support.

“Culture eats strategy for lunch.” ~ Peter Drucker. Tending the garden is necessary. When done seasonally, it heals and moves past pain points, becoming nourishing & joyful.
-
We are storytellers. Our stories define, inspire, limit, or transform us. The stories we’ve been told have shaped us. Borrowing from the Tikkun Olam, through a neurobiology lens, we re-wire limbic system reactivity by re-telling our stories in ways that heal.
The highest human calling is to look for the shards of light inside each one of us, to point to them when we see them, gather them up, and pay attention.
Seeing each other in our light, through communal ritual, we repair ourselves, each other, and the larger world.
When we see - we transform and create. This is the highest act of love.
Opening our lens of awareness together, we all become more whole.
-
Part of organizational care is valuing every point on the circle for holding a piece of the truth. By combining contexts, both systems and individuals learn and grow.
Specific practices, agreements, and frameworks, customized for your org, are core structures that unstick the scapegoating and false narrative “truths” that concretize when complexity is reduced to “personality” or “direction” conflict.
Aligning individual and organizational core values creates mutual belonging, meaning, and purpose. This fosters an everybody culture where people and systems thrive.
Greater well-being becomes possible as we learn to perceive in new ways.
Because we are hard-wired for relationship, relational integrity must rise above the drives to control or avoid.
-
Because so many of the challenges we face now are complex, we need approaches for meeting complexity that strengthen, nourish and inspire us.
Warm Data is information about the interrelationships that connect elements of a complex system.
WD labs are internationally acclaimed practices that effectively address the complex polycrises and challenges we now face.
The Warm Data practices are designed for use with individuals, families, organizations, and communities interested in finding positive ways to join together for the sake of better relating with - and in - our changing world.
Mutual learning emerges as key.
Warm Data provides a coherent understanding of living systems, applicable across sectors: the economy, nature, art, culture, technology, education, social services, health, and more.
We are wired to thrive within relationship. From Nora, “There will be no community without first communing.”

Human nervous systems are hardwired for communal life and village belonging.
Community ritual is one of humanity’s most ancient and primary methods for maintaining a healthy and soulful relationship with ourselves, each other, and the earth.
Ritual regulates and cares for our collective nervous system.
Thankfully, many of these forgotten practices are now being recognized as vital support for psychological wellbeing, social cohesion, and meaningful sense-making.

Immersives re-wire your brain and body at a deeper physiological level. When you dedicate a full day or more to a Sabbath of sorts - you receive several profound gifts:
You get to exist outside of time, allowing your mind to settle into its natural, unhurried rhythm
Receive the rare gift of mental sovereignty and psychological freedom
Inhabit an entirely new way of living - of being - delighting your senses in aliveness
Wire in a profound inner quiet as a new “home-base”
Crossing a threshold where the the mind settles - gives you clarity, deep self-awareness, and a grounded sense of peace
Land in a vast, protected bubble where the outside world cannot reach you
“Re-locate” yourself in connection with nature’s life-force. When you are not separate, the doer, or “special / different” you are deeply nourished
Return to your life deeply restored in spirit and with a spacious mind
If you want to up-level rapidly - slowing down is THE way.

Communal ritual deepens an individual’s experience while simultaneously transforming it into shared meaning.
When we gather to care for underlying tensions, celebrate project or seasonal completions, or honor life’s threshold moments together, something essential returns.
The container of the village is ancient and necessary.
I approach communal rituals and ceremony with deep care, presence, and reverence for the sacred dimensions of being human.
Each process begins with thoughtful conversation and collaborative design shaped around the people, place, and moments being honored.
